We access the drainage system through manholes or inspection chambers. While we do this, we feed a high-definition waterproof camera through the whole network.
The camera sends live footage to a monitor as we go. As a result, we can spot cracks, root ingress, displaced joints, and other faults.
You get a written report with annotated screenshots and a clear pipe condition summary. In particular, it lists priority steps for any repairs or upkeep needed.
We check your drains fully, and record footage as we go. The report that follows gives a clear picture of your system's state. Since we rank fixes by urgency, you know just what to fix first.
Local tip: Petersfield's older town-centre homes may have complex, partly unmapped drains. Since problems can build up unseen underground, a survey helps map these routes early. Knowing your layout in advance saves time and money later.
The cost of a CCTV drain survey in Petersfield depends on the property size and how complex the drainage is. For example, period market-town houses, Victorian and Edwardian homes, modern family housing, and rural properties with larger networks naturally take longer to survey. Request a fast, fixed-price quote online, and we confirm the price beforehand.
